Minimum Order Size

• Standard Minimum Size: Our standard minimum order size for banners is 1 meter in width.
  
  

Pricing Structure

• Base Pricing: Your quote will be based on the 1m size. For instance banner size requested is 1600x800. However, due to our standard production practices, we will be charging for a 1600x1000 banner. This adjustment ensures optimal quality and alignment with our manufacturing processes.
  
  

• Custom Sizes: If a project necessitates banners smaller than the standard 1-meter width, we will adjust the size accordingly. The final price will reflect the 1-meter width rate, even if the actual banner size exceeds this dimension.

Corrugated Plastic - Flute Direction

Corflute signs are produced with the flute direction that provides the best yield and efficiency during production. 

Additional Charges for Specific Flute Direction:

In cases where a specific flute direction is required,  we will charge a 10-20% markup fee on your quote

• Material Yield: Adjusting the flute direction may result in less efficient use of the corflute sheets, leading to increased material costs.

• Structural Considerations: Certain applications, such as mounting signs on posts or using ground spikes, may necessitate a specific flute orientation to ensure the sign's stability and durability.
