At Mediapoint, our pricing is our pricing.
We operate on lean margins to offer resellers the best possible trade rates from the outset. Over the past few years, we have absorbed rising costs in materials, labour, and freight without passing these increases on through broad price changes. Our prices reflect the true cost of delivering high-quality work with reliable turnaround times — not inflated buffers to allow for discounting.
We do not negotiate or adjust prices on request.
We do not price match competitors or offer “one-off” discounts.
Our pricing structure ensures equal treatment for all resellers — large or small.
We believe in consistency, transparency, and trust, not inflated pricing followed by discounting.
We may offer custom pricing for high-volume, recurring jobs — but this must be quoted upfront and approved through the front-end manager. These are the only exceptions and must be commercially viable for both parties.
If a customer asks for a discount or price match, here’s a suggested reply:
“As a trade-only supplier, we run lean to give our resellers the best margins possible. We’ve also absorbed years of rising material and labour costs without raising prices. For that reason, our pricing is fixed — we don’t inflate it to allow for discounts or negotiation. We aim to give you our best price up front.”
