At Mediapoint, we believe in fostering strong relationships with our customers. Offering free print jobs is a goodwill gesture to build rapport with the individuals we work with. These gestures can strengthen loyalty and encourage positive word of mouth — both within the customer’s company and beyond, should they move on to other roles.
This policy applies to all customers, but is subject to conditions outlined below. It is intended for non-commercial, personal, or charitable purposes only — not for re-sale or profit.
Free print jobs may be granted under the following conditions:
Personal events (e.g., family member’s birthday, religious ceremony)
Charitable or community initiatives
Strictly non-commercial use
Customer provides artwork (which must be checked by the team)
Under $10,000 spend per annum 1 time per year
$10,000 - $50,0000 - 3 times per year
$50,000+ Up to 5 (or at discretion)
Each free job must be under $200+GST (delivered).
This allowance resets every calendar year.
Any frontend team member may approve a free print job if it falls within these limits.
No further approval is required if the job:
Is within the customer’s annual cap
Meets the $200 limit
Qualifies as non-commercial/personal use
Has artwork checked and approved
All approved free print jobs must be logged via this form:

Jobs intended for resale or commercial gain
Jobs requested to correct internal issues (these are handled under production/freight error procedures, not this policy)
Customers who appear to be abusing this goodwill may have access to this benefit paused or reviewed
