Organise Pickup orders for customers who send labels
1. Label Verification
Receive Customer Labels: Accept labels sent by customers via email Verify Label Accuracy: Ensure labels contain correct information, addresses, Receiver name and number/ Company and tracking numbers
2. Order Processing and Documentation
Match Labels to Orders: Cross-reference received labels with customer orders to ensure accuracy
3. Confirm
Confirm Pickup Details: Freight carrier, location, and any special instructions provided by the customer.
4. Pre-Pickup Preparation
Prepare Packages: Pack items securely, attaching the customer's label to each package.
Ensure the order is on the correct trolley awaiting pickup
5. Pickup Execution
Confirm Pickup Completion: Obtain confirmation of pickup
6. Communication with the customer
Notify Customer: Inform the customer of the successful pickup and provide any relevant tracking information.
