With all pieces of equipment we want to ensure:

1. They are listed on the  Machine Servicing & Maintenance Schedule

2. We are creating a page in our Sites doc relating to that piece of equipment which contains the manual and relevant information

3.  We have the maintenance schedule setup in team assurance

4. We are storing any relevant parts
