Our daily job cut-off is 12:00 PM (midday) for all next-day dispatch jobs.
To ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery, we require:
Finalised job submission (all files uploaded)
Approved and correct artwork
Clear job instructions
Jobs received or finalised after this time are automatically moved to the next production batch unless explicitly approved by management or the Grace Period is used.
Full policy and instructions are documented in GembaDocs here: https://gembadocs.com/view-standard-operation/4a4c1cdf4-4d9948f786cb-1746162459

Our print production process is automated and batch-driven to maximise throughput and minimise delays. Here's why we need a hard cut-off:
🧠 Job batching: Our system groups similar jobs together for efficient printing and finishing.
📦 Packaging prep: Jobs are auto-sorted into packing runs to ensure turnaround time is met.
🤖 Automation rules: Our system pushes jobs into production workflows at specific times; late jobs disrupt this flow.
👥 Team planning: Our staff plan resources around daily job loads from 12:01 PM onwards, things like the KPI report is generated.
We allow a short grace window:
12:00–12:20 PM → Discretionary acceptance if artwork is correct and production allows
12:20–12:30 PM → Final warning window: Staff must notify customers they have 5 minutes remaining
After 12:30 PM → Jobs will not be accepted for next-day unless approved by management
