Packaging Guidelines for Orders

This document outlines the standardized packaging procedures for various products to ensure safe delivery.

1. Mesh Banners

• Packaging Method: Wrap in clear plastic bags to protect against moisture and dirt.
  
  

• Handling Instructions: Ensure banners are rolled neatly to prevent creases.
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  

2. Vinyl Banners

• Packaging Method: Wrap in bubble wrap for cushioning protection
  
  

• Handling Instructions: Avoid sharp creases; store flat if possible.
  
  

• Labeling:  Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  

3. Boards (Over 180kg)

• Packaging Method:  Package in boxes to fit or Bulk packed in telescopic boxes on 1830mm x 1220mm or 1800 x 2400mm pallet
  
  

• Handling Instructions:  We must make sure our customer has a forklift on site if we pack on a pallet
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  

4. Boards (Under 180kg)

• Packaging Method: Wrap in bubble wrap and secure  with tape
  
  

• Handling Instructions: Handle with care to avoid bending or puncturing.
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  

5. Stickers

• Packaging Method: Depending on size and quantity, pack in boxes or shrink wrap
  
  

• Handling Instructions: Ensure stickers are stacked flat to prevent curling.
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  
  

6. Large Format Stickers

• Packaging Method: Roll and place in clear plastic bags.
  
  

• Handling Instructions: Avoid tight rolling to prevent creases; store upright.
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  

7. Posters

• Packaging Method: Depending on size, either roll and place in protective tubes or pack flat in boxes.
  
  

• Handling Instructions: For rolled posters, ensure ends are capped; for flat posters, use corner protectors.
  
  

• Labeling: Include job number, address details, Tracking number and handling instructions on the outer packaging.
  
  
  

General Handling and Delivery Notes

• Same-Day Delivery or Pickup Orders: Prioritize packaging to ensure quick and safe dispatch.
  
  

• Weight Considerations: For items over 180kg, use appropriate equipment, such as a forklift, pallet  jack
