💻Making a job easy/ saved reply via Email
1. Go to your Helpscout
2. Once you log in, you will see a setting icon on the left side bottom, ⚙️ "Click it"
3. Right after you click it, Options will come up and just choose "Saved Replies"
4. It then shows you all the current "Saved Replies", and at the top right side it will give you an option to Make or Create a New "Saved Reply"
5. Make sure you have a Subject or Title with it and feel free to create a new "Saved reply".
6. If you wish to Add Variables just find the option "Insert Variables"
7. Click Save 💾and it good to use.
