It looks like your job has an artwork error:
It looks like your trimbox is not the correct size. Our system has a few ways of dealing with it automatically in the system.
Firstly click on Fix Error under the artwork:
On the artwork screen you should be able to see these icons and buttons:
(If you cannot see the above buttons under your artwork alter the zoom on your browser)
We have some tools to fix your artwork automatically in our portal.
Auto fix trimbox: This will crop or increase your trimbox automatically
Auto scale: This will rescale your trimbox - please note if the trimbox is not that same ratio as the job size, it will change the ratio of your artwork trimbox
Rotate 90 degrees: This will rotate the artwork 90 degrees to the right - this is used when you have quoted the job width and height the wrong way around to the artwork, this will rotate the artwork to the job. Please note by using this your job leading edge or potential finishing options will be affected.
Upload new PDF: Use this if you just want to upload your own fixed new artwork
Once you click an option above click the Save Button
Once the proof status changes to Proof Awaiting Approval, if it is fine you will need to click the Accept all proofs and order button:
